Good job hikers! This time we didn't get the group shot, so we'll use last weeks. |
|

It looks like we're starting out in the dark, but it was just cloudy, and many trees. Miles: 5.5 - 7 |

There was a creek to cross again, but not near as exciting as last weeks. I thought this shot looked like it could be from the amazon. See the Gorilla spying on us in the top left corner? |

I vowed to get more pics of Kathy on this trip, and kept my vows, since one pic of Kathy is more than the previous trips! |

Again, we hiked up above the clouds, and the weather was of course....perfect. I paid good money for this weather during the 3 peaks program! |
![]() |
Dave was rockin' and rollin' up the trail! |
![]() |
Ana was practically jogging up......and constantly checking to see if her phone had service for texting! |
![]() |
The group, down low on the ridge. See 'em? |

Dave getting close to the days' destination. |

"We have to go how much farther?!" Mike up high, about 2.5 miles in. |
![]() |
Sonya was asking me, "So are you going to hike, or just keep taking pictures of us the whole time?" |
![]() |
Sonya & Kat enjoying the view, and looking forward to a place to sit, relax, and enjoy the view some more. |

The trail was a little "brushy"...ok, it was very brushy, with prickly scrub scratching us the whole way up. |

Newcomer Brett, Jake, and Lori up high on the switchbacks. |
![]() |
I suggested that we get a better backdrop for the threesome photo. |
![]() |
Debbie, and Jim up high on the switchbacks....I guess Debbie wanted to show off a ring or something? I still didn't notice the ring, I was focusing on the view in the background. See the deer in the bottom right? |

I was taking a pic of the erupting volcano...and Kathy just happened to be in the pic too. Ok, so it's just clouds, use your imagination. |

Kathy, all I can say is great job, keep it up. She said she was going to turn around when others started heading down. She lied.....She kept going....all the way up! She'll be ready for the summits, as will everyone else! |

There's been someone new joining us on each hike so far, and we look forward to more newcomers for the next few hikes. See you all next week in Angelus Oaks for TH#5! |
